By registering for an event, purchasing a ticket, or joining a list operated by Play2WinSocial LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not submit your information.
These terms apply to all Play2WinSocial LLC offerings and brands, including Winner's Circle, AfroHaus, our cruises and ski trips, Field Day, game nights, networking events, and future Play2WinSocial events.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for our events or join our lists. By submitting your information, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the phone number you provide belongs to you.
Play2WinSocial LLC sends two kinds of SMS messages, and opting into one does not opt you into the other:

Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Each category of consent is collected through its own separate checkbox, unchecked by default, on our registration page. Agreeing to these Terms & Conditions does not opt you into either kind of SMS message: the two are separate, and you may register, purchase tickets, and attend our events without ever agreeing to receive text messages. By providing your email address, you consent to receive emails from Play2WinSocial LLC about events, registrations, travel, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Registering or joining a list does not guarantee access to any event. Event capacity is limited and invitations are extended at our sole discretion. We may change or cancel an event, and where a ticket has been purchased, refunds are handled according to the refund terms stated at the time of purchase.
Cruises, ski trips, and other group travel may be subject to additional terms, deposit schedules, and cancellation policies provided at the time of booking. Third-party travel suppliers (cruise lines, hotels, airlines, resorts) set their own terms, and Play2WinSocial LLC is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Our website, registrations, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Play2WinSocial LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, our website, registrations, events, or related services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
