By submitting your information to join the Winner's Circle waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service with Play2WinSocial LLC, operating as Winner's Circle. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your information.

You must be at least 18 years of age to join the Winner's Circle waitlist. By submitting your information, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

By joining the waitlist, you expressly consent to receive the following communications from Play2WinSocial LLC (Winner's Circle):

• Email communications — event announcements, invitations, drops, and promotional content about Winner's Circle events and experiences
• SMS text messages — recurring automated marketing messages about upcoming events, availability, and exclusive drops sent to the phone number you provided
• Advertisements — promotional content for Winner's Circle curated events, experiences, and related offerings

These communications are marketing in nature. We will not send communications on behalf of third parties or advertisers unrelated to Winner's Circle.

• By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated marketing text messages from Winner's Circle
• Message frequency varies based on our event schedule
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan
• Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe from text messages
• Reply HELP to any SMS message for assistance
• Opting out of SMS does not automatically remove you from email communications

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any Winner's Circle event. Event capacity is limited and invitations are extended at our sole discretion. Being on the waitlist is not a contract for services or a promise of attendance.

The Winner's Circle waitlist and any related services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winner's Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the waitlist or any related events or services.

You may opt out of our communications at any time:

• Email:Reply to any email with “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line
• Full removal: Contact us via Instagram at @thewinnerscircle.exp to request complete removal of your information

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the waitlist shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued participation in the waitlist after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
